5 African Porcupine Quills MATTER COLLECTION
Description
5 African Crested Porcupine Quills
A collection of five natural African porcupine quills displaying the distinctive black-and-white banding for which these remarkable natural materials are known. Porcupine quills have long been used throughout Africa for personal adornment, ceremonial regalia, masks, headdresses, and other traditional artistic and cultural expressions.
These quills exhibit beautiful natural coloration and texture, making them ideal for display, study, artistic projects, or incorporation into collections of African ethnographic materials and natural history specimens.
The picture is an example; yours will be similar to the set of 5 pictured. They will be different sizes and thicknesses.
